For years, the Direct Response Industry has lacked a pure ‘testing facility’ where campaign viability and best practices can be established at a low cost, and in a timely fashion prior to roll out. In order to fill this critical need in the industry, Argo opened a 24 seat, state-of-the-art, call center ‘Laboratory’ located directly downstairs from our corporate offices. We call it the ‘lab’ because it serves as the perfect place for us to test, create and enhance some of the most vibrant inbound, outbound, and customer service campaigns in the country!
The ‘Lab’ is used to test the viability of new Direct Response marketing campaigns. This will allow our clients, media partners, and, of course Argo Marketing Group, to quickly gauge potential response rate and identify the best way to maximize profit through the testing of different offer configurations, telemarketing scripts and sales methodologies. Additionally, we can test new scripting ideas and offers quickly and easily acquire immediate performance data before implementing changes at the call center(s) handling the bulk of responder calls.
By applying our years of experience developing Direct Response campaigns, Argo Marketing Group can now establish performance metrics and expectations which ensure that a campaign in roll-out has the highest possibility of success.
