Jason’s first experiences in marketing occurred while he was still in college. In order to pay for his tuition, he took his leadership skills and knack for organization to several marketing firms where he managed and trained employees around the country. It was with this experience and background that Jason founded Argo Marketing Group in 2003 and built it into a nationally recognized marketing logistics firm. Jason’s reputation in the industry as a business man of high integrity and professional ethics have earned him the respect of other industry leaders and his employees alike. Jason has brought professionals from many different backgrounds together at Argo and created an environment rich in DR marketing knowledge and the skill.

Currently Jason is running for the United States Congress in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District. He still serves as the CEO of Argo Marketing Group, supporting the team with valuable experience and vital know how.



Michael McNaboe

President

Michael has been in the direct response industry for over 15 years. During his career he has worked extensively on both the product marketing and service sides of the business. He began his DR career in Portland, Maine working for a leading DRTV marketing company managing campaigns that generated over $60Million per year in sales. Michael has owned and managed various TV, radio, print and web DR products and has built companies from startup to become industry leaders in the areas of marketing, media and call center services. Michael brings a deep understanding of media, DR strategy and call center operations to every Argo managed campaign and works closely with every client to maximize campaign success. Michael serves as the President of Argo Marketing Group and he focuses on the promotion and growth of the company as well as client management & product development.



Billie Jo Caron

Account Executive

Billie Jo joined Argo Marketing Group in 2007 as an Account Executive. Since that time she has built extensive experience managing various campaigns across multiple product categories. Her ability to juggle several initiatives at once enables her to effectively manage complex marketing campaigns that utilize multiple call centers and media buying agencies. Billie Jo has been involved in the management of DRTV marketing campaigns in more than six countries in North America and Europe. Billie Jo is committed to the goals of every campaign she manages and her expertise and strong work ethic have earned her the respect of her clients.



Rick Leavitt

Account Executive

As an account executive for Argo, Rick handles the day-to-day operations for multiple Direct Response campaigns. Between developing telemarketing scripts, providing call center sales training and evaluating campaign results, Rick’s focus is always on campaign performance. He has nearly 12 years of DR management experience and is knowledgeable in every facet of the industry. His experience is heavily relied upon by his clients, both in building campaigns from 
the ground up and in maintaining
campaigns already running at full strength.



Chris Huggard

Account Executive

As an account executive, Chris brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience to Argo including many years in direct response. Over the years he has developed script writing techniques, sales training strategies and a keen ability to analyze campaign data that have helped his clients maximize profit and grow their DR campaigns. Chris currently manages multiple campaigns in all mediums and has been particularly effective managing campaigns that have a large continuity “back end” component to them. Chris utilizes his expertise in management, training, client services, script writing, and campaign setup to the benefit of Argo’s clients.



Erin Stodder

Associate Account Executive/Analyst

Erin joined ARGO in 2009 and has worked as a key player on Argo’s Account Team. Erin’s role is focused in the areas of client relations, reporting and analytics. Her work ethic and professionalism have earned her a spot on every Argo Major Account and she has been involved in the management of clients’ campaigns in multiple countries around the world. Erin’s ability to bring transparency to data analysis across multiple campaigns is an asset to every Argo client.



Claudia Topplep

Account Coordinator

Claudia joined Argo Marketing Group in 2009. When one of Argo’s clients began to actively market in Europe, Claudia was instrumental in developing a department within Argo to manage European activities. Having been born and raised in Germany, her multilingual skills were a critical part of implementing the client’s strategies in call centers throughout Europe. This also has opened the door for Argo to broaden its business horizons and take on more international projects. Currently Claudia plays a vital role in the QA and reporting functions of Argo’s more complex campaigns in North and South America and Europe. Claudia’s reporting and analysis help insure that all of Argo’s partner call centers perform at or above clients’ expectations. Claudia has a background in journalism and also serves as Argo’s PR contact.



Amanda Davis

Quality Assurance

Amanda joined the Argo team as an Account Coordinator in 2007. She brings with her a vast knowledge of the call center industry specializing in call quality, legal compliance, agent training as well as in- and outbound sales. Her previous experience includes managing compliance and quality for major client accounts at one of the industry’s leading call centers. Amanda currently oversees Argo’s Quality Assurance Department and is responsible for monitoring, compliance and training of Argo’s Teleservices Specialists. Her abilities allow her to assist various call centers and clients in achieving their individual quality and performance goals. She is able to accomplish this by providing insight, feedback, daily reporting, recommendations as well as implementation of new processes and procedures that are vital to the success of any campaign.



Kevin Bennett

Information Technology

Kevin came to Argo in 2006. He brings extensive industry experience in compliance, call center operations, network management and customer service. Previously he served as a manager and trainer for one of the industry’s leading call centers. An Argo veteran, Kevin is a key member of the team. He manages the everyday technology needs for the entire company and monitors calls and scripting for legal compliance for clients and call centers. His position is integral to keeping the company systems connected and ensuring legal compliance.



Tracy Dumont

Customer Service Manager

Tracy joined Argo in 2010 and brings over a decade of customer service management experience to the company. Prior to joining Argo, Tracy led a 50 person CS department for an industry leading call center based in New England. Her extensive knowledge of call handling techniques, one call resolution strategies and revenue enhancements deliver tremendous value to Argo’s CS clients. Tracy’s ability to manage and train CS agents is unmatched. She has developed a specific training and procedures manual for customer service’ best practices that is in use today in multiple call centers.



Stephen Ham

Call Center Manager

Steve joined Argo Marketing Group in 2010. Prior to working at Argo, Steve was the Sales Director for numerous direct response sales companies. He first became involved in Direct Response working in the call center at a leading DRTV marketing company in 1996. Steve prides himself with building and teaching sales reps to become better at their craft and moving numbers in an upward trend across the boards. His focus is on the daily management of Argo’s sales force and maximizing performance through proven management techniques that he has developed over his many years in the industry.
